Lately I have been in love with stats. I am not sure why but I just love analyzing numbers and understanding all the pattern of behaviors. All Links You Don’t Want To Miss posts are in most shared posts list. Like I said in Links You Don’t Want To Miss #8, I did not expect this at all. I thought you guys did not find these posts useful. I was wrong.

Is Pinterest Traffic Worthless? This is a very good Pinterest analytic post. It shows how traffic does not always mean success. Read more…
I have not written a Links You Don’t Want To Miss post in a long time . I thought it was not helpful and did not want to write them if nobody is going to read. I was wrong. Lately I have gotten a lot of RT and lovely tweets from my followers about them. People love them more than I thought. It is nice to share my favorite links of the week with you again.

How To Start A Blog In 2012 This post might be not new to many of you but I think it is a good reminder. I agree with Mitch Joel that starting a blog in 2012 is not easy but it is not impossible.

Not long ago I had the most painful “free” dinner I have ever had. Before that day I did not know “free” food can hurt that much. It reminds me of a lesson I always tell the kids. Read more…

Years ago one had to venture out to the local river to wash their clothing, and everything took forever. Today, thanks to technology, we have much easier solutions, but they often come at a high price. While you can have a washing machine that will tweet you when your clothes are clean, this doesn’t help you if buying such a machine breaks the bank! Here is an essential list of ways modern technology can save you money in your everyday life.
Shopping First off – NEVER go shopping when you’re hungry. Do you send your spouse to the store and forget to give them the shopping list? Maybe you always forget it on the kitchen counter? If you have a smartphone (most do these days), you can use an app to store and sync lists with your significant other/roommate. Here are 3 Apps you can use to keep your lists synced and organized: 1. 2Do – http://www.2doapp.com/
You know I love Google+ and spend quite a lot of time on it. This week I came across this post by Hillel Fuld [ @hilzfuld] on G+. I have shared the slide on all my social networks, but I still think more people need to see it. Hope you enjoy it xo
Google was late to search. Facebook was late to social networking. Apple was late to the MP3 Player.
Where would we be if they listened to everyone who said they were too late? It’s never too late. Just do it better.

A lot of people asked me which book they should read to understand Twitter. My honest answer is NOTHING, just tweet. I have never read a single book on Twitter nor social media [Interesting fact, 1/5 of my friends wrote a book, is writing one, or plan to write one on social media]. I have never watched a social media webminar. Not even one. I have gone to social media conferences, but you all know I never go to conference for content. Conference means networking in my world.
Most of us worry to much about learning something, and forget to do it. Doing is the best way to learn something. You can know everything but if you cannot apply it, it does not mean anything.
It is not how much you know but what you can do that count Read more…
